Carlton leads a team of over 4,500 employees across the U.S., who are responsible for $28B+ in revenue, shaping the future of industry with game-changing solutions. Beyond his role, Carlton is passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships, strategic partnerships, and ushering customers and partners to new heights. Creating trusting relationships allows him and the team to identify digital transformation and growth opportunities and innovate like never before for Microsoft’s customers. Prior to his time at Microsoft, Carlton spent 15.5 years with SAP Success Factors, where he held the position of Head of Global Go-To-Market, Chief Operating Officer for North America, and various other leadership positions. In these capacities, Carlton was responsible for driving revenue, continuously growing cloud revenue in excess of 50% YoY. He’s also held roles supporting operational and leadership excellence within the business. Carlton brings a proven record of driving revenue growth, market penetration, and increasing customer adoption and success and hopes to deliver on Microsoft’s mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
