Ms. Hearn joined Regions in 2025 as a Treasury Management Relationship Manager, where she partners with clients to optimize their cash flow processes through a consultative, client-focused approach.
Prior to Regions, she spent nearly eight years at J.P. Morgan Chase supporting treasury sales and implementation for government, higher education, nonprofit, and healthcare clients. She began her career at CitiCapital as a credit analyst in Equipment Finance before transitioning to treasury management with Citibank, N.A., where she served for nearly 15 years. Ms. Hearn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Management from Argosy University.Speaking At
