Mr. Ashcraft joined Regions Securities LLC in 2018 as a part of the Technology, Media, & Communications group, with a particular focus within the Communications Infrastructure & IT Services industries, including the data center, IT / managed services, and broader communications sub-sectors.  He has experience with both capital raises and advisory assignments, serving private-equity and infrastructure-fund backed, middle-market clients. Prior to joining Regions, Mr. Ashcraft spent nearly five years with Guggenheim Securities as a member of the Middle Market Special Situations team, providing clients with a broad array of advisory and capital markets services including, (i) regular-way refinancings; (ii) strategic M&A advisory solutions; and (iii) distressed advisory work.  Mr. Ashcraft began his banking career at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an analyst and associate in the Industrials Coverage sector for three years. Mr. Ashcraft graduated cum laude with a BS in Business Administration with a Special Attainment in Commerce from Washington and Lee University.
