Kapil Lahoti serves as Chief Digital Technology Officer for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. In this capacity, Kapil and his team are responsible for developing digital strategies and delivering technology solutions to meet the needs of CBRE’s GWS business which includes Facilities Management and Project Management. Kapil has 25 years of experience driving business value through transformative technology initiatives. His experience spans software development/deployment and management consulting. Most recently, Kapil served in the dual roles of Head of Operations and North America Claims Product Management for Solera Holdings, the global leader in vehicle lifecycle management. In this capacity, Kapil led the consolidation of fragmented development organizations into a global team. He also transformed the Claims product portfolio resulting in the successful launch of an AI-enabled estimating solution in North America. Prior to Solera, Kapil served as an Associate Principal with McKinsey Digital where he partnered with clients from Fortune 500 firms across multiple industries to design and execute large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
