Manish Worlikar is an is an industry AI practitioner with more than 25 years of experience across the finance, insurance, and media sectors. Over the course of his career, Manish has led enterprise‑level AI, technology, and analytics initiatives, driving strategic vision and delivered small and large‑scale data‑driven products while managing diverse, international teams. Manish is particularly experienced in AI governance, quant research, end-to-end application development and advanced analytics. Manish is currently the Head of Advanced Analytics and AI at Fidelity Investments, and has previously held positions at State Street, Garrett Asset Management and Susquehanna International Group. He has earned a master’s degree in quantitative finance from Rutgers Business School and regularly participates in AI industry panels and conferences.
