Robert S. Hill is a Dallas intellectual property (IP) attorney who focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex intellectual property litigation cases, and on assisting clients with technology-related transactional and advisory matters.  Robert’s experience includes representing pioneering technology companies in major patent litigation related to technologies including multi-modal machine understanding systems and AI-powered ecommerce platforms, as well as in multi-billion dollar trade secret litigation related to self-driving and electric vehicle control technologies.  His transactional experience includes representing major large language model developers, prominent venture capitalists, entertainment companies, defense and intelligence contractors, and healthcare companies in a wide variety of AI-related matters.  He is a member of Holland & Knight’s Artificial Intelligence Working Group and its Technology Advisory Committee.  Rober further leads Holland & Knight’s Digital Healthcare practice and co-leads its Quantum Computing Initiative.
