Sonia Khosla is a distinguished technology executive, currently serving as the Chief Data, AI, and Analytics Officer at Globe Life Inc(GL).  Her 20+ years of accomplishments in driving technology innovation and growth have significantly improved healthcare experiences for millions of Americans through her pragmatic leadership, deep technology know-how, and customer-first attitude at top Fortune US institutions, including Deloitte, BCBS, Tenet Health, Magellan Health (Centene Corporation), and Globe Life Inc. At Globe Life, Sonia is leading the company through a period of outstanding transformative growth by leveraging data as a strategic asset, innovating customer-care/agent recruitment through generative AI capabilities, and crafting a culture of analytical excellence beyond the traditional scope of Technology domains. To-date, with Sonia’s stewardship, Globe Life has built, and enterprise scaled multiple in-house generative AI bots, strengthened the data-foundation layer, and enabled business agility with robotic process automations. Sonia is a Technology Entrepreneurial,  Champion, and in some small way, she hopes to contribute to the continued success and leadership within Data, AI, and Analytics by making it more accessible.
