Stephen Wylie has programmed and architected for many types of systems--big and small, old and new, cloud and on-prem--over the past 15+ years, and has had Artificial Intelligence on his mind since his college days long ago. Currently, he heads AI development for the SaaS offerings of Thryv, a small business software company. His creative and entrepreneurial journey includes over 140 granted US patents in the realm of AR/VR, AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain. As a Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning since 2018, he enjoys giving deeply technical presentations to promulgate cutting-edge artificial intelligence techniques among engineers. When it’s time to de-stress, Stephen can be found tending to his collection of vintage computers and pinball machines, watching classic television game shows, or doing the above with his two children aged 5 and 3.
