Subhashini is the global head (Managing Director) of AI/ML for HR at JPMorgan Chase (JPMC). Subhashini Tripuraneni is a Strategic, AI/ML, People and Business Analytics leader with a Wharton MBA, driving digital transformation across Financial Services, Retail and Government. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies by creating differentiated customer experiences and optimizing operations. She leads large cross-functional teams of applied AI/ML, data scientists, product managers, data, and software engineers to build and bundle AI products. Prior to JPMC, she headed AI at 7-Eleven, driving personalized customer experiences and in-store efficiencies. She has also authored a book, Artificial Intelligence in Amazon Web Services, detailing how to reduce time-to-market AI solutions. She serves as a board member for Southern Methodist University’s Analytics programs (MS/MBA), actively contributing to the advancement of analytics education.
