Tom Ellis is member of the Consumer, Business & Wealth Management Technology leadership team within Bank of America’s Global Technology organization and head of Mobile and Associate Facing Channels Technology. In this role, his teams lead the strategy, engineering, and delivery of our industry-leading client experience platforms: Mobile, Voice Enabled Technology, Financial Center and ATM Channels. Tom co-leads an internal Global Technology forum comprised of technology and line of business teams to maintain and continue growing the sustainable eco-system for future innovation and AI activities across the firm. During his 28-year tenure, Tom has led various technology and program teams including across Consumer, Capital Markets, and Risk Management areas within the bank. He is based in Charlotte and currently serves on the board of Apparo, a non-profit IT enabler for other non-profits. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
