As Vice President of Content Operations & Technology at Thomson Reuters, she leads a high-performing team of content specialists globally, driving one of the most ambitious AI transformation programs in the legal and professional services industry. With a portfolio spanning agentic AI workflows, large-scale automation, and Human-in-the-Loop innovation, Tosan is not just watching the future of work unfold, she is architecting it. A practitioner as much as a strategist, Tosan serves as Program Leader for Thomson Reuters' Internal AI initiative, where she has achieved and sustained 100% AI adoption across her global team, a milestone that reflects her core belief that technology transformation succeeds only when people are brought along, not left behind. Her work spans the full spectrum of AI-powered reinvention: from deploying AI case classification tools, to pioneering agentic orchestration models that are redefining how legal content is created at scale. She has also led the development of AI-specific job profiles and competency frameworks, building the organizational infrastructure for a workforce ready to thrive in an AI-native world. Beyond her operational leadership, Tosan is a voice for inclusive, human-centered transformation. As Co-Chair of Global Women at Thomson Reuters and a member of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2026, she brings a powerful lens to the questions that matter most: Who benefits from AI?  Who gets left behind? And what does responsible, equitable adoption actually look like in practice? With over 20 years of transformation leadership across Thomson Reuters, Deloitte, Cisco, and British Telecom  and an MBA in Strategy, Tosan brings the rare combination of boardroom credibility, on-the-ground execution, and an unwavering commitment to people-first progress.
