Tozyea Reed serves as Vice President of Programs & Outcomes, where she leads a cross-functional team responsible for initiatives in workforce readiness, financial inclusion, community revitalization, and educational access. She provides leadership over national programs, supports a broad portfolio of grantees, and advances the Foundation’s strategic plan to ensure long-term community impact.
She has been instrumental in significantly expanding program reach year over year, building multi-year partnerships with leading corporations and institutions, and guiding the development of new evaluation and data systems to track measurable outcomes. Tozyea combines a passion for service with a strategic mindset to expand opportunities, strengthen communities, and deliver sustainable results through innovation and execution.
